Fairly clean, budget hotel. Helpful personnel and marvellous location right in the heart of the town. Also - near cathedral and the inner city walking district, and the centre of the city. Elegant and big room, good bathroom.

We stayed at a centrally located hotel called Le Bon Moine in the heart of town. The staff were welcoming and the room, although small, was surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a busy street. Parking was convenient at a nearby multi-storey. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant, which now serves Moroccan cuisine. a pleasant stay with a helpful host.

Central heating and multi-channel TV in our king room were useful during stay. It was right in the heart of Reims with a fine arts museum nearby...

I had a memorable stay in a long time. The breakfast was sensational, the staff was amicable, the grounds were fairly clean. The food was fab, with a wide range of options. I got elegant room with three beds, a correctly cleaned bathroom, for example as advertised

The hotel's location is convenient, situated in the center of the town, with easy access to the train station and nearby attractions. The friendly staff allowed a late check-out and the continental breakfast, though basic, was adequate. Free parking is available nearby.

The hotel lacks cleanliness and maintenance, with stained bed linens and a need for renovation. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell and there is noticeable noise from the streets at night.

the staff was helpful and very nice and created family atmosphere. it was in a marvellous and incredible location with a towering 13th - century gothic church nearby.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip to explore the city. The staff were friendly and held our bags before check-in and after check-out. The location was perfect, close to the football stadium, cathedral, and main shopping street. The bed was comfortable and the room had its own toilet and shower. The manager was extremely kind and accommodating, even buying gluten-free eggs for my brother and keeping our bikes safe. a sweet room in the center of town.

In general the staff were very very nice and affable. Comforts of elegant and lovely room with bunk beds were fabulous. The restaurant was GREAT and the food was great.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having my own key for the front door. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet in the room. We had a fantastic time exploring the city from our convenient and central location at Le Bon Moine. The hotel was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Despite being budget accommodation, the bed sheets were clean and our check-in and check-out process was friendly and efficient. The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the cathedral, was absolutely amazing. We were able to easily explore all the sights and attractions Reims had to offer. Additionally, parking in the nearby cathedral underground car park was a breeze and reasonably priced. we had a pleasant stay at Le Bon Moine and would recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and well-located option in Reims.
